The future Birch hotel is a reconstruction of a former children’s pioneer camp called “Beryozka.” The original structural framework is preserved, with added façade projections and balcony blocks.
The building is a concrete structure clad in porcelain stoneware in various formats. Upper-floor balconies feature lightly tinted glass railings. Façade accents include a pink metal staircase and a bas-relief with a fine ornamental pattern. The upper terrace is partially recessed, and the roof’s technical areas are concealed by planters and trees.
The lower terraces are individual, finished with tiles and fitted with modular concrete planter railings that can be rearranged to combine spaces or create private zones for different use scenarios.
